Company focus on high-potential residential and commercial projects and are currently expanding, experienced sales team to accelerate growth within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the property sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the Dubai real estate market
  • Manage the full sales cycle : from lead qualification and client engagement to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams to align sales efforts
  • Coach, mentor, and monitor sales agents' performance to ensure team success
  • Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, developer launches, legal regulations, and competitive offerings

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales (mandatory)
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role within the real estate industry
  • Proven record of successfully closing high-value deals in the Dubai market
  • Deep understanding of Dubai’s property sector, major developers, and buyer trends
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Experience with CRM systems and real estate portals Property Finder, Bayut)
