Job description

The candidate must be a university graduate; an engineering degree is an advantage.

Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in real estate or project management (both commercial & residential properties).

Major Skill Set:

1. Extensive experience in managing property purchases, sales, rentals, advertisements, and development.
2. Experience in managing payments, negotiating contracts, and determining rental rates.
3. In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements.
4. Knowledge of property maintenance and procurement of vendors and suppliers.
5. Ability to resolve resident and tenant complaints, as well as to supervise workers and contractors.
6. Advanced ability to keep property owners and investors updated.
7. Good English communication skills (both written and verbal); Arabic speaker is an advantage.
8. Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
