  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Real Estate.
  • Ensure timely maintenance, repairs, and renovations in collaboration with maintenance teams or contractors.
  • Monitor and manage property budgets and operating expenses.
  • Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants and ensure a high occupancy rate.
  • Resolve tenant issues and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Identify, assess, and execute real estate acquisition and disposal opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and property valuations to support investment decisions.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and manage annual property budgets, forecasts, and reports.
  • Monitor rental income, collections, and lease compliance.
  • Maximize property income and minimize operating costs.
  • Maintain proper records of leases, inspections, permits, and maintenance.
  • Provide performance evaluations for the Real Estate Team.
  • Coordinate and follow up on all legal matters related to real estate.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports on the status of all legal cases to management.
