Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage property listings on internal CRM systems and online portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
• Coordinate with agents and photographers to ensure high-quality content
• Verify and update listing details such as pricing, availability, and property features
• Maintain listing accuracy and remove expired or duplicate entries
• Monitor listing performance and optimize visibility

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within real estate is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using real estate CRM systems (PropSpace, Masterkey, etc.)
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or available to relocate
• Ready to start immediately
