• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to determine competitive pricing strategies for property listings.
• Develop and implement targeted marketing plans to enhance property visibility on platforms like PF and Bayut.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the listing process.
• Prepare compelling property descriptions and high-quality visual content to attract potential buyers.
• Guide clients through the listing process, providing expert advice on staging, repairs, and enhancements.
• Utilize data analytics to track market trends and adjust listing strategies accordingly.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers effectively to secure the best possible terms for clients.
• Coordinate property showings and open houses, showcasing listings to potential buyers in a professional manner.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and trends to provide informed guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including appraisers, inspectors, and brokers, to streamline the listing process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or listing consultancy, preferably with PF and Bayut.
• Real Estate License is required; additional certifications in negotiation or marketing are a plus.
• Familiarity with UAE real estate market dynamics and regulations is essential.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
• Strong technical skills in using CRM software and real estate listing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
