The Vice President (VP) of US Commercial Real Estate Investments is a senior role responsible for leading the acquisition, underwriting, and asset management of commercial real estate (CRE) assets across key markets in the United States. The VP will drive investment strategy, oversee financial analysis, execute transactions, and optimize portfolio performance while managing a team of investment professionals. This role requires deep expertise across a variety of verticals such as office, retail, industrial, multifamily, or hospitality.

Education & Experience

• 7+ years of direct experience in CRE acquisitions or private equity.
• Proven track record of closing $50M+ deals.

Technical Skills

• Advanced financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of cap rates, debt structures, and CRE valuation methods.
• Market expertise in major US markets e.g. Sun Belt, Coastal, Secondary Cities.
