Real Estate Investment Associate - Dubai

Venture Search are exclusively partnering with an asset manager based in Dubai, to hire their newly created Investment Associate position. This is a growth hire, supporting their expansion plan for 2025. As a Real Estate Investment Associate, you will play a key role in underwriting, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, while supporting asset management and strategic initiatives across our growing portfolio. You will work closely with senior leadership, external partners, and internal teams to help drive investment performance and portfolio growth.

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis for potential acquisitions and developments across industrial and residential assets.
• Support due diligence processes including market research, lease audits, legal and financial review.
• Assist in preparing investment memoranda and presentations for internal Investment Committee and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and support asset management of existing investments, including business plan execution and performance tracking.
• Maintain market intelligence and track key trends and metrics in target regions.
• Coordinate with brokers, legal advisors, lenders, and other third parties throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals, particularly in the industrial and residential sectors will be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is a plus.
