WOW Real Estate | واو العقارية in the UAE is seeking a Real Estate Specialist to manage and grow a portfolio of residential and commercial properties from Sharjah on a full-time on-site basis.

You will identify and list properties, conduct viewings, advise clients on market trends and investment opportunities, and guide them through negotiations, documentation, and closing. A UAE driving license is mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years UAE real estate sales experience.
• Knowledge of Sharjah and surrounding areas.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Fluent English, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Proficiency with real estate CRM tools and basic office software.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple clients and properties.
