Job summary

Flip retail, a luxury furniture company, seeks a General Accountant—Property Division in Sharjah, UAE. You will report to the Money Supervisor and handle end-to-end accounting, consolidation, and quarterly VAT filings.

Responsibilities include monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, bank and credit card reconciliations, audits, and reporting to management. Fluent English required; Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of audit experience in property or investment firms.
• Solid understanding of finalization, consolidation, and quarterly VAT filings.
• Strong communication & presentation skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts and coordination of annual audits.
• Assess and report on financial position, variances, and prepare budgets and analyses for management.
• Support system/process improvements and handle accounts payable and VAT compliance.
