Job summary

Abu Alnaga Development in Dubai is seeking a full-time on-site Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations for real estate projects.

You will handle bookkeeping, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, invoicing, budgeting and forecasting, and provide reports and analysis to management. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in accounting or finance and familiarity with UAE standards and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bookkeeping, general ledger, and preparing financial statements.
• Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of UAE accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, numeric accuracy, and organization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with teams and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA/CMA is an advantage.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or project finance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping and general ledger entries.
• Prepare financial statements and monitor accounts payable/receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and process invoices.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities for projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Assist with audits and provide financial reports and analysis to management.
