Position Title: Director of Real Estate Development Employment Type: Full Time Salary: depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading UAE firm shaping urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail, and transportation Job Description: • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value real estate projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, and industrial managing all phases from site acquisition and due diligence through design, entitlements, financing, construction, and lease-up or sale. • Manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure timely, budget-conscious execution, direct site selection, feasibility analysis, financial modelling, and entitlement processes in collaboration with consultants, jurisdictions, and design teams. • Structure and secure financing through debt, equity, and public-private partnerships; build and maintain strong relationships with investors, government officials, internal teams, and community stakeholders. • Monitor market trends and risks across asset classes and regions; guide disposition or lease-up strategies to optimize long-term asset performance and organizational goals.

• Male, 50 years old and below • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, or related field; master’s preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex real estate developments. • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and stakeholder engagement.
