• Knowledge of accounts receivable and general bookkeeping procedures.
• Proficiency in YARDI and Excel.
• 2–3 years of accounts receivable and general accounting experience and 3–4 years of experience in handling administrative finance roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills with a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Payment Processing and Bank Reconciliation: Record cheques into PDC, process customer payments in Yardi, ensure timely bank deposits.
• Account Maintenance and Credit Control: Reconcile bank statements daily, recover bounced cheques, maintain/clear customer accounts.
• Support Functions: Provide ad-hoc support to CCD and complete tasks as agreed.
