Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking an Accountant based in Dubai Festival City to handle payment allocation, customer accounts, and daily financial transactions using Yardi. The role focuses on accuracy, deadline discipline, and customer care while supporting credit control policies and lease agreements.

The ideal candidate will have AR and general accounting experience, strong communication, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment within Al-Futtaim Real Estate.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounts receivable and general bookkeeping procedures.
• Proficiency in YARDI and Excel, as well as other relevant computer applications.
• 2-3 years of accounts receivable and general accounting experience and 3-4 years of experience in handling administrative finance roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills with a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Payment processing and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timely deposits.
• Account maintenance and credit control, including following up on bounced cheques.
• Support functions as required by the CCD and finance team.
