Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking an Accountant for Dubai Festival City to ensure efficient financial services related to payment allocation and customer accounts across portfolios. The role uses Yardi for daily transactions and requires high attention to detail and deadline management.

The successful candidate will support credit control and lease agreements with a customer-focused approach and precise financial management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounts receivable and general bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in YARDI and Excel.
• 2-3 years of accounts receivable and general accounting experience and 3-4 years of experience in handling administrative finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Record all cheques received into the PDC module daily to minimize errors.
• Process customer payments in Yardi daily and ensure timely deposits.
• Reconcile the bank statement daily against deposited cheques to minimize unreconciled items.
• Provide ad-hoc support to CCD and complete tasks as required.
