• Achieving sales targets/KPIs set in the Employment Contract.
• Interviewing buyers to determine their property preferences.
• Coordinating appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
• Advising sellers on how to make their properties more appealing to potential buyers.
• Accompanying buyers during property visits and inspections.
• Providing clients with information on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Arranging for title searches to ensure clients have clear property titles.
