Qualifications

• Minimum 1 an d'expérience dans l'immobilier à Dubaï préféré mais pas obligatoire pour des candidats solides.
• Être motivé et avoir un état d'esprit axé sur les résultats.
• Posséder une voiture et un permis de conduire valide aux Émirats.

Responsibilities

• Générer et gérer des annonces de propriétés sur plusieurs portails.
• Guider les acheteurs et locataires tout au long du processus.
• Négocier les offres entre acheteurs/vendeurs et locataires/bailleurs.

JWD Real Estate is a boutique luxury real estate firm based in Fountain Views Dubai Mall Downtown Dubai. We specialize in curating exclusive investment opportunities off-plan advisory and premium resale and rental services across Dubais most desirable communities. With a minimal high-end brand approach and a strong presence on platforms like Property Finder Instagram and LinkedIn were redefining how real estate is done in Dubai one deal one relationship one brand-building moment at a time.

Tasks

• Generate and manage property listings across portals and internal CRM
• Conduct property viewings with prospective clients
• Guide buyers and tenants through the entire process from initial inquiry to final closing
• Build long-term client relationships through market knowledge and timely follow-ups
• Negotiate offers between buyers/sellers or tenants/landlords to achieve successful outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of off-plan launches and secondary market trends
• Coordinate with developers mortgage providers and DLD as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience (preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates)
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic Russian Mandarin Urdu/Hindi are a plus)
• Familiarity with Property Finder Bayut and real estate CRM systems
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and client-first attitude
• Own car and valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Professional grooming and presentable appearance
• RERA certification (can be arranged after joining)
