Real Estate Broker - Russian Speaker

We are seeking a determined Real Estate Broker who is fluent in Russian to join our thriving real estate team in Dubai. Responsibilities:

1. Commission only role as Real Estate Broker.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the buying or selling process.
3. Provide expert advice to clients on property valuations, market conditions, and investment opportunities in Dubai.
4. Conduct property showings and open houses for potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits of each property.
5. Negotiate sale agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring fair and equitable terms that meet their needs.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
7. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies for listings and market properties to the target audience.
8. Utilize social media and networking channels to connect with potential clients in the Russian-speaking community.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken, is a must.
2. Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent, ideally in a competitive market.
3. Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
5. Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach.
