Responsibilities

1. Assist sellers in promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers.
2. Advertise properties through various marketing techniques.
3. Evaluate clients' desires and economic capabilities to provide appropriate suggestions.
4. Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability.
5. Mediate dealings between sellers and buyers, ensuring good conduct and honest information exchange for a beneficial understanding.
6. Appraise property values by thoroughly researching the market or reviewing past purchases.
7. Present properties to potential buyers and address their questions or concerns.
8. Draft and complete important legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.
9. Coordinate property auctions or exchanges.
10. Generate and manage lists of properties for sale.
11. Collaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
12. Supervise real estate agents.
13. Stay knowledgeable about market trends and best practices.
