Position: Real Estate Broker –

Island Properties is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Broker to join our growing team in Ras Al Khaimah. We specialize in off‑plan property sales within a rapidly expanding market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Proactively source and qualify new client leads through marketing initiatives, referrals, developer networks, and industry events.
  • Market Intelligence & Project Knowledge
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of off-plan development portfolios, market trends, pricing dynamics, and RAK’s regulatory requirements.
  • Client Consultation & Property Presentation
  • Understand clients’ investment goals or housing needs. Prepare compelling presentations of projects, floor plans, payment structures, ROI, and unique selling points.
  • Negotiation & Deal Facilitation
  • Represent clients in discussions with developers, negotiate terms, resolve payment plan questions, and structure contracts to mutual benefit.
  • Transaction Management
  • Guide clients through the entire off-plan process—from initial inquiry, booking, and deposit to contract completion and handover—ensuring smooth, on-time transactions.
  • CRM & Administrative Compliance
  • Accurately log all client interactions, leads, and viewings. Ensure compliance with RERA/DLD guidelines, ethical standards, and document management for escrow, title deeds, contracts, etc.
  • Relationship Building
  • Forge lasting relationships with developers, fellow brokers, investors, buyers, and service partners. Leverage networking and active participation in exhibitions to create ongoing opportunities.
  • After-Sales Service & Reputation Management
  • Offer support post-sales—handling handover communication, addressing client concerns, resale strategies, and ongoing rental or property management assistance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and ability to develop marketing collateral.
