Responsibilities:

1. Actively generate leads and close deals in both the primary (off-plan) and secondary (ready) property markets.
2. Provide professional consultation to clients regarding investment opportunities and property purchases.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.
4. Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the buying/selling process.
5. Stay updated with current market trends, area developments, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market (2+ years preferred).
2. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. A solid network of buyers, sellers, or investors.
4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
5. Must be based in Ras Al-Khaimah.
6. Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
