Job summary

Capri Realty is seeking an ambitious Associate Director to drive property sales in Dubai's off-plan and secondary markets. You will build relationships with investors, developers, property owners, and corporate clients, lead negotiations, and mentor junior consultants.

With a proven sales track record and a strong market understanding, you will pursue growth, exceed targets, and enjoy a transparent, performance-based commission structure in a dynamic, professional environment in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Dubai real estate experience.
• Proven track record in property sales and client acquisition.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• RERA certification preferred.
• UAE driving license preferred.
