With a growing portfolio and a client-first approach, we are looking to add an ambitious and client-oriented Real Estate Agent to our talented team. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property sales and rentals, excellent communication skills, and a deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market. You will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while offering exceptional customer service and professional market insights. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. - Conduct property viewings and provide knowledgeable guidance on market trends, pricing, and financing options. - Negotiate and close deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants. - Draft, review, and present sales agreements, contracts, and related documentation. - Stay informed on market developments, real estate laws, and competitive listings in Dubai. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-ups. - Coordinate with fellow agents, mortgage consultants, and legal advisors to ensure smooth transactions.
