Major Developments in Dubai seeks a seasoned Graphic Designer to craft premium visuals for marketing, sales, and corporate communications. You will create floor plans, branding identities, and campaign assets, balancing luxury positioning with clear communication.

Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and CGI teams to deliver moodboards, design systems, and production-ready files, while staying ahead of trends in AI-assisted design and real estate marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute high‑impact marketing and sales materials.
• Develop property‑specific materials with premium positioning.
• Create clear layouts communicating pricing and investment returns.
• Develop brand identities for new projects and sub‑brands.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital and offline touchpoints.
• Prepare print‑ready files and coordinate with printers.
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing to develop moodboards and design systems.
• Stay updated on design trends and AI advancements.
