FEMALE PROPERTY SALES CONSULTANTS / REAL ESTATE AGENTS

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Provide guidance and assist real estate developers, sellers, and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  2. Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  3. Intermediate negotiation processes, consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters ensuring fair and honest dealings.
  4. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
  5. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.) when required.
  6. Maintain and update listings of available properties; promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  7. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
  8. Create lists for real estate sale properties with information on location, features, square footage, etc.; show properties to potential buyers and renters.
  9. Present purchase offers to sellers; facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  10. Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
  11. Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, strong sales negotiation, and communication skills.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in marketing, promotions, advertising, sales, or business administration preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of industry sales experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
  • Proven track record of successful sales.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • MS Office familiarity.
  • Good knowledge of the local property market.
