• Guide clients seamlessly through the buying, selling, and leasing processes with professionalism and market expertise.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
• Stay up to date on market trends, area developments, and property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings, open houses, and client presentations.
• Negotiate offers and finalize contracts and transaction documents.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely closings.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent within the Dubai property market.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and RERA compliance.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle preferred but not required.
• Active RERA certification is an advantage.
