Job Description
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and market research.
Stay updated on current market trends, pricing, and inventory.
Provide expert advice on property investments, legal matters, and market conditions.
Prepare contracts, agreements, and other real estate documents.
Meet and exceed sales targets to earn attractive commissions.
Attend networking events and maintain a strong presence within the industry.
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and trends.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
A customer-focused attitude with the ability to understand and fulfill client needs.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Multilingual capabilities are highly preferred (additional languages such as Russian, French, or Chinese are a significant advantage).
RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) certification is a must.
