Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry or a related field.
2. Proven success in negotiating sales and rental agreements.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, laws, and regulations.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
6. Proficiency in CRM tools and property listing platforms.
