Commission & Compensation

  • Commission: From 40% on company-provided leads and up to 60% on self-generated leads
  • Payouts: Paid immediately after funds are received.

Your Role

  • Handle off-plan / secondary deals (you choose or combine both) and work with warmed-up leads.
  • Maintain the CRM and follow the sales playbook.
  • Advise clients on investment strategies, calculate ROI/IRR (we provide the tools).
  • Conduct viewings, bookings, and accompany clients through closing/hand-over.
  • Upsell/cross-sell our solutions (property management, listing services, flipping and other turnkey products).
  • Develop your personal brand: content, market overviews, targeted ads (with our full support).
