Commission & Compensation
- Commission: From 40% on company-provided leads and up to 60% on self-generated leads
- Payouts: Paid immediately after funds are received.

Skills
Your Role
- Handle off-plan / secondary deals (you choose or combine both) and work with warmed-up leads.
- Maintain the CRM and follow the sales playbook.
- Advise clients on investment strategies, calculate ROI/IRR (we provide the tools).
- Conduct viewings, bookings, and accompany clients through closing/hand-over.
- Upsell/cross-sell our solutions (property management, listing services, flipping and other turnkey products).
- Develop your personal brand: content, market overviews, targeted ads (with our full support).
Who We Are Looking For
- Experienced broker in Dubai or strong sales background.
- English required; RU / ES / AR / HI are a plus
- Results-driven, disciplined in CRM, clear client communication.
