The Role

• Building and nurturing client relationships.
• Providing expert advice on buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Staying updated on Dubai real estate trends and legal procedures.
• Conducting property viewings and showcasing properties to clients.
• Negotiating sales and rental agreements to close deals successfully.
• Actively sourcing leads through networking and referrals.

Ideal Profile

• Self-motivated and driven individuals.
• Real estate experience, especially in the UAE (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with real estate CRM software.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
• Valid UAE driving license and vehicle access (preferred).
• RERA certification or equivalent (support provided if needed).
