Job Description
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers across UAE
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and investment goals
- Provide accurate property information, project comparisons, and market insights to help clients make informed decisions
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups with potential buyers
- Manage leads and client data using CRM tools to ensure timely and professional communication
- Stay updated on the latest project launches, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and consistent pipeline management
- Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth transaction processes from reservation to handover
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of Arabic, Farsi, Russian, or Chinese is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience
