1. Client Consultation & Relationship Building

• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' investment goals and lifestyle preferences.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and market updates.
• Provide personalized property recommendations based on client needs.

2. Off-Plan Property Expertise

• Stay updated on current and upcoming off-plan projects from top developers in Dubai (Emaar, Nakheel, Ellington, Sobha, etc.).
• Understand and communicate payment plans, project timelines, master plans, floor layouts, and ROI potential.
• Explain legal processes and documentation involved in off-plan transactions (SPAs, DLD regulations, etc.).
• Present project details effectively during in-person meetings, calls, or virtual sessions.
• Negotiate with developers to secure the best terms and units for clients.

Desired Candidate Profile
