Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences for rental and sales properties.
• Organize and conduct property showings for potential buyers and renters.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on current real estate trends, pricing, and competitive properties.
• Create and manage property listings for rentals and sales.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and review rental and sales agreements, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and legally compliant. Facilitate the signing of contracts and manage the paperwork required for closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and other real estate professionals.
• Participate in regular sales trainings conducted personally by our CEO, enhancing your skills and expertise in real estate sales.
