1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.

3. Create and maintain strong relationships with clients to build a loyal customer base.
4. Prepare property listings and promote properties effectively.
5. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
6. Organize and conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available listings to potential buyers or renters.
7. Provide expert guidance and support throughout the property transaction process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent - minimum one year in UAE.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clientele.
3. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and local neighborhoods.
4. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle transactions professionally.
5. Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems, along with social media platforms.
6. A valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle for property showings and client meetings.
7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while maintaining a client-focused approach.
