  • Laryan Properties is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our expanding team in Dubai. We specialize in both off-plan and ready properties and are looking for individuals who are driven, client-focused, and eager to grow within the real estate industry.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the Dubai real estate market, especially in off-plan and ready property sales.

We offer flexible compensation options, including fixed salary + commission or commission-only, depending on your experience level.

Fixed salary + commission (for qualified candidates based on experience)

OR Commission-only structure with immediate payouts

Access to CRM tools and lead generation support

Employment visa after 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales of off-plan and ready properties from developers in Dubai

• Manage client portfolios and sales processes from lead to closing

• Maintain knowledge of developer projects, payment plans, and legal processes

• Conduct property presentations and provide investment advice to clients

• Use CRM tools to manage leads and follow up with prospects

• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings

Skills

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai

• Strong knowledge of off-plan and ready property sales

• Familiarity with major UAE developers (Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel, Sobha, etc.)

• Solid understanding of UAE property laws, transfer procedures, and payment plans

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills

• Strong follow-up and client relationship abilities

• Fluency in English or Arabic

• UAE driving license is a plus (not mandatory)

• High confidence and professionalism in dealing with investors.
