  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance on market trends and opportunities.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms for all parties.
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions in the UAE.
  • Collaborate with developers, landlords, and other agents to source exclusive projects and listings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and property listings.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience in the real estate industry in Dubai, UAE.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in managing client relationships effectively.

  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
