The role involves managing leads, developing new business, assisting clients with sales and leasing, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and supporting transactions from enquiry through to completion.

The position offers a commission-based structure with up to 70% and comes with company-provided leads plus comprehensive administrative and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Dubai/UAE real estate experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong interest in building a career in real estate are welcome.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Dubai key areas is preferred.
