Foreground is partnering with a reputable real estate brokerage in Dubai to identify driven and client-focused Real Estate Agents to join their high-performance team. The firm operates across residential, off-plan, and investment portfolios, catering to both local and international clientele seeking value and long-term opportunity in Dubais dynamic property market.

Role Purpose

To represent the companys property listings and guide clients through every stage of the sales and leasing process, delivering a high-quality, compliant, and results-oriented service that aligns with RERA standards and Dubais premium real estate landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and build a pipeline of clients through online leads, referrals, events, and inbound enquiries.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert consultation on the sales and leasing process, including documentation and legal compliance.
  • Maintain deep market knowledge including area trends, pricing benchmarks, developer offerings, and investment return insights.
  • Advise clients on pricing strategy, marketing approach, and portfolio fitwhether residential, off-plan, or commercial.
  • Negotiate offers and finalize deals in coordination with legal and operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and adhere to company and RERA compliance standards in all transactions.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings with professionalism and market insight.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of real estate sales or leasing experience in Dubai preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
  • RERA certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required, Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
  • High motivation, integrity, and a client-first mindset.
