Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and professional Real Estate Agent to join our clients team. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential, ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate, have a strong sales acumen, and a desire for long-term growth within a high-performing agency. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to specialise in luxury property sales and leasing, with ample support and resources provided by the agency. Room for career progression is offered, including the potential to advance into leadership or management roles as the agency continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Leasing: Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai Hills and surrounding prime areas.
  2. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  3. Property Listings: Conduct property valuations, prepare market reports, and manage listings on various platforms.
  4. Negotiation: Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to secure favorable deals.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and new developments in the Dubai real estate market.
  6. Viewings: Organise and conduct property viewings and inspections with potential buyers or tenants.
  7. Networking: Expand your network of potential clients and industry contacts through events, cold calling, and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  1. 2-3 years experience in Real Estate required.
  2. A solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market or a willingness to learn.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
  5. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is a plus.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
