Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and professional Real Estate Agent to join our clients team. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential, ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate, have a strong sales acumen, and a desire for long-term growth within a high-performing agency. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to specialise in luxury property sales and leasing, with ample support and resources provided by the agency. Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Leasing: Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai Hills and surrounding prime areas.
2. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and delivering tailored solutions.
3. Property Listings: Conduct property valuations, prepare market reports, and manage listings on various platforms.
4. Negotiation: Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to secure favorable deals.
5. Market Research: Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and new developments in the Dubai real estate market.
6. Viewings: Organise and conduct property viewings and inspections with potential buyers or tenants.
7. Networking: Expand your network of potential clients and industry contacts through events, cold calling, and digital marketing.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years experience in Real Estate required.
2. A solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market or a willingness to learn.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
