Job description

Please Note, this is a Commission Only Role, No Salary is provided.

Please also Note the position is based in Dubai. Relocation is required.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Thoroughly researching Dubai's market using data-driven tools to stay updated, informed and most of all, credible.
  • Identify and cultivate leads through multiple channels (networking, referrals, social media and market research).
  • Conduct property viewings and manage negotiations to facilitate successful sales transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with our internal sales team regarding any hot stock or hot buyers, reinforcing our internal market place to boost productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and transactions on our CRM system

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in real estate brokerage, car sales or recruitment is preferred, but we also welcome experienced sales professionals from other industries who are looking to transition into real estate.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A strong sales-driven attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and various real estate software tools.
