Job Description

Promote and sell ready and off-plan residential properties across Dubai.

Conduct market research, property viewings, and investment consultations.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-generated channels.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.

Negotiate terms of agreements and ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Maintain updated knowledge of property market trends and project launches.

Represent Bloomspace Realty in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market (minimum 1 year preferred).

Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Familiarity with RERA regulations and documentation processes.

Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
