We are looking for motivated Real Estate Agents who are passionate about sales and eager to succeed in the thriving Dubai property market.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Individuals with a passion for real estate and sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Driven and target-oriented mindset
  • Prior real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing off-plan, rental, and secondary market properties
  • Conduct market research and perform comparative market analysis (CMA) to determine accurate property values
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, open houses, and virtual tours
  • Negotiate sale and lease terms with clients and third parties
  • Provide regular updates to clients on market trends and available properties
  • Prepare all required documents including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing paperwork in coordination with legal/admin staff
  • Stay informed about real estate market trends, community developments, and legal changes in Dubai
