Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Property Transactions – Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties with expert guidance.
• Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring top-tier service.
• Property Viewings & Open Houses – Showcase listings to potential buyers.
• Market Analysis & Reporting – Provide clients with insights on property values and trends.
• Negotiation & Contract Handling – Secure the best deals and ensure favorable terms for clients.
• Stay Updated on Real Estate Laws & Market Trends – Maintain knowledge of Dubai’s real estate regulations.
• Collaborate with Industry Professionals – Work with appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage brokers.

Requirements :

• Proven Experience – Previous experience as a real estate broker or agent in a competitive market.
• Sales & Negotiation Skills – Ability to close deals with a win-win approach.
• Strong Communication – Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with CRM systems, real estate software
• Market Knowledge – Understanding of local real estate laws, property valuation, and investment trends.
