• Guide clients through negotiations and closing processes.
• Prepare and manage necessary documentation such as agreements and contracts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain updated property listings on digital and offline platforms.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed about real estate markets, government regulations, and financing options.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales-driven attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and property portals.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Freshers with strong communication and a passion for real estate are welcome.
