Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties
• Understand client needs, preferences, and financial goals to provide tailored advice
• Conduct market research to determine accurate property valuations
• Advise clients on competitive pricing strategies
• Assist sellers with property preparation and listings
• Create and manage marketing materials (listings, photos, virtual tours)
• Promote properties across multiple marketing channels and portals
• Identify suitable properties for buyers based on their criteria
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate terms to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Prepare and review contracts and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations
• Build and maintain a strong professional network
• Keep clients informed on market trends and transaction processes
• Manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently
• Stay up to date with industry developments and regulations
