This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at Bait Al Arab Realestate LLC, located in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their property needs, conducting property viewings, and offering expert advice on available properties. Daily tasks include managing property listings, negotiating sales and lease terms, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role requires maintaining a thorough understanding of the local real estate market and trends.

1. Possession of a valid Real Estate License
2. Skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
3. Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
7. Familiarity with the Ajman real estate market is a plus
