This role involves managing property sales and rentals, generating leads, and delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers/tenants.
• List properties on various online platforms with accurate descriptions and professional photos.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and clients.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online marketing.
• Negotiate prices and terms between parties and prepare sales/rental agreements.
• Stay updated with the Ajman/UAE real estate market trends, laws, and RERA guidelines.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate for property transactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE (Ajman/Sharjah/Dubai experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and real estate laws.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• UAE Driving License (preferred).
