Palinoia Properties is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan Specialist to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. If you're passionate about real estate, have a deep understanding of off-plan project sales, and know how to close high-value deals, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from top UAE developers
• Provide clients with detailed project knowledge, payment plans, and ROI insights
• Conduct presentations, viewings, and investment consultations
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of investors and end-users
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Stay updated with the latest launches, market trends, and developer offerings

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience, preferably with off-plan sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong network of clients and potential investors
• Well-versed with major developers
• Self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
