Job summary

Qualifications

Project Sales Consultant — Luxury Branded Residences, Abu Dhabi

Our client is expanding its Abu Dhabi project sales team, and we're hiring Project Sales Consultants to represent one of the most exclusive branded residence portfolios in the region. Starting with luxury beachfront villas and extending into a pipeline of upcoming ultra-prime launches.

This is a site-based, developer-facing sales role for consultants who want to sell real trophy assets under a name that opens doors globally.

What you'll be doing

Leading on-site and brokerage-facing sales for branded residence launches, building and running your own network of domestic and international brokers, and managing the full client journey for prime and super-prime buyers from first enquiry to handover.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in real estate sales (we'll flex on this for a candidate with a genuinely strong, proven track record in developer or project sales).
• Proven track record in developer sales or exclusive sales mandates
• Experience in prime or super-prime property sales strongly preferred
• Fluent English essential; Arabic or Russian a strong advantage
• An existing domestic broker network you can bring to the table; an international network or introducer network is a bonus
• Based in Abu Dhabi ideally (we'll consider strong Dubai-based candidates willing to travel)
• Polished, professional presentation
