Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Understand client needs and offer the best real estate options.
  • Property Listings: Create and manage property listings on real estate portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder).
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including property types, neighborhoods, trends, and recent transactions.
  • Sales and Leasing: Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate property deals and ensure the best terms for clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations.
  • Networking: Establish relationships and network with real estate professionals and potential clients.
  • After-Sale Services: Provide after-sale services to ensure client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and at least one European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in real estate.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technology: Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems.
  • License: Valid UAE driving license and real estate brokerage license (preferred).
