Real Estate Advisor

The Real Estate Advisor is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. This role involves market research, client relationship management, property viewings, and negotiation support to facilitate successful real estate transactions. Working in a dynamic and competitive UAE real estate market, the Real Estate Advisor ensures a high standard of professionalism and compliance with RERA and local regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting clients in property search by understanding their requirements and offering suitable options.
2. Conducting property viewings and providing clients with detailed information on listings, pricing, and legal procedures.
3. Negotiating terms between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
4. Preparing and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and other necessary documentation.
5. Staying updated on market trends, property values, and new project developments across the UAE.
6. Building and maintaining a network of property owners, developers, and potential clients.
7. Generating leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and CRM tools to grow the client base.
8. Ensuring all transactions comply with RERA and relevant UAE real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably within the UAE market.
3. RERA certification or eligibility to obtain one is mandatory.
4. Strong understanding of the UAE property market, legal requirements, and transaction processes.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office tools.
7. Results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and revenue targets.
8. Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are an asset.
9. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is often required.
